How to book my place
If you would like to attend your ceremony please book your place by Monday 4th September. We would be grateful if you could indicate on the online reply form if you or your guests have any special requirements, for example if you or your guests are wheelchair users, hearing impaired etc. Please note: extra ticket requests are NOT classed as a special requirement so any indication of this on the form will be disregarded.
Below is a step by step guide on how to book your place via Northams Gowning & Photography Services.
- Click 'book my place' this will take you to the Northam's website, follow the step-by-step guide below.
- Select ‘Graduation’ located at the top of the page.
- Type ‘East Riding College/Scarborough TEC’ within the Please select your institution box.
- Input your student ID Number, surname and a valid email address.
- If you are happy with the ceremony date you have been invited to, then select Next at the bottom of the page.
- If the next page displays the correct award you will be receiving, select Next.
- Register as a New User to input your personal details, name, address etc, or as an existing user if you have placed an order via William Northam’s website before.
- Select click here to start order.
- Follow the screens to book your place, purchase tickets, gown hire and photographs.
- Once complete, input your payment details.
- Once payment is complete, you will receive two emails; one outlining your gown hire and photography order details, the second a summary of the tickets reserved.
- Please ensure you print and take along to the ceremony both emails, plus the photography docket attachment (if photographs have been ordered).
Tickets will be sent directly to the registered address 10 days prior to the ceremony.
