If you have been invited to attend your awards ceremony, you should arrive at the St Mary’s Walk Campus two hours in advance of the ceremony for gowning and photography, which will close at 10.30am. Priory Church is open for the welcoming of guests and graduands from 9.45am onwards.

Graduands are allocated seats in the order in which they will receive their awards according to the order of service. As a graduand you will have a reserved seat and your guests will sit anywhere on the unreserved chairs. On arrival at the Priory please report to the registration desk so that your arrival and seating row can be confirmed.

If you do not register, your name will not be called out to receive your award. Your guests may proceed straight to the unreserved seating. All graduands and guests must be seated by 10.45am. Therefore, if you are late for your ceremony and registration is closed you will be unable to receive your award. The ceremony will last approximately one hour, with a celebration over at St Mary’s Walk campus.
